As Event 360's Director of Participant Acquisition, Tifani Geier leads the company's largest division, which is home to four core departments (Donations, Communications, Field and National Sales & Services Operations) and drives the revenue model for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure series. Tifani joined Event 360 as a Volunteer Coordinator and quickly moved into Volunteer Operations and Recruitment Management. Prior to joining Event 360, Tifani was part of Pallotta Teamworks's 2002 touring team and spent two years as a corps member and team leader in Americorps National Civilian Community Corps (A*NCCC), assisting local non-profit and state agencies throughout the Southeastern United States with special projects. She currently volunteers with the Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Project, has served as a Delegation Assistant for the Special Olympic World Games and has helped build 19 homes with Habitat for Humanity over the years. Tifani attended Boston University as an undergraduate in the College of Art & Sciences Honors Program and earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Administration in just three years.
A modern day nomad prior to joining Event 360, Tifani currently resides in Wilmington, NC and enjoys what coastal Carolina living has to offer. She values the simple things and strives to live life to its fullest potential. Tifani loves spending time with friends and family and is passionate about food, music, art, dance and traveling. When the tide is right, she also enjoys getting out in her kayak to explore the Cape Fear River Basin.
