24 Hours of Booty

24 Hours of Booty is the only 24-hour road cycling charity event in the country, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. With rapidly increasing participation levels and plans future expansion beyond its Charlotte, NC roots, the event’s organizers needed a way to manage growth and continue engaging larger groups of riders.

Solution

Event 360 helped 24 Hours of Booty set up a scalable technology infrastructure to anticipate future growth. We designed a new donor site and implemented a Convio constituent relationship management (CRM) system.

Results

Our team built and launched 24 Hours of Booty’s new site, complete with integrated e-commerce tools, within 13 weeks. Its user-friendly interface and robust back-end technology greatly improved donor and rider experiences, reporting capabilities and response levels among all parties. We continue to provide organizers with ongoing technical support.
