Since 2003, we’ve had a hand in managing more than 200 events and raising nearly a billion dollars. Each of these successes was a result of smart strategic planning and a deep understanding of our clients’ goals and participants’ desires.


MuckFest® MS, produced by Event 360 in partnership with the National MS Society, is a nation-wide mud and obstacle 5K fun-run series. It features a one-of-kind course packed with 20+ outrageous obstacles surrounded by mud-filled pits, trenches and craters, and our unique emphasis on family fun and safety make it a stand out in the category. Since 2009, the MuckFest MS series has raised almost $18 million and will have introduced 100,000 participants to the cause, building advocates and fundraisers for the National MS Society.


The Susan G. Komen 3-Day® is a 60-mile walk for men and women who want to do something huge in the fight to end breast cancer. Event 360 has been a key partner in this unique event since it began in 2003, providing event production, participant customer service and coaching support, setting up 423 event sites and helping nearly 300,000 participants in 141 events over 12 years walk 8,460 miles of route and raise more than $750 million for Susan G. Komen®.


Event 360 has partnered with Susan G. Komen® since 2009 to produce the Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure; the marquee fundraising event in the well-known Komen Race for the Cure® Series. Each spring, tens of thousands of people gather on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to run or walk in the 5K that features the iconic architecture of the nation’s capital as a backdrop. Since taking over the series in 2009, event satisfaction scores for Komen Global Race participants increased more than 30% and we’ve maintained among the best per-participant fundraising rates in the Race for the Cure Series.


The Florida AIDSWalk is a 5K walk and music festival which benefits the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Since 2008, Event 360 has handled talent acquisition, event strategy, production and logistics. Working seamlessly with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s internal team, we provide strategy creating a fun, flawless and powerful event experience designed to excite the loyal participants who continue to fundraise at a remarkable rate year over year.


A Veteran’s Day concert on the National Mall that was broadcast live on HBO, the Concert for Valor was a first-of-its-kind event, featuring some of the biggest names in music. Event 360 and partners handled the site management, jurisdictional relationships and vendor operations for a site designed to accommodate the anticipated 800,000 concert goers. Working within National Parks Services guidelines, the Event 360 team provided a safe and successful site for this historic event.


Event 360 partnered with Disabled American Veterans to plan and produce the San Diego 5K Run to Honor Veterans. With over 900 participants in the first year of the event, the Event 360 team successfully delivered smooth event-day operations and logistics, allowing the DAV team to focus on high-touch interactions with participants, teams and sponsors. The services we provided included site design, jurisdictional relationship management, vendor procurement, site build and registration and volunteer management.
