Jim Grohman

Vice President, Operations

Jim Grohman provides Event 360's participant acquisition team, project managers and IT group with leadership and guidance to ensure flawless delivery of projects. He is also responsible for the company's technical infrastructure. Before joining Event 360, Jim was a project manager at Perot Systems (now part of Dell Services), leading teams to deploy complex, large-scale software implementations.

Jim brings eight years of line leadership experience as a Major with the United States Marine Corps (USMC), primarily providing guidance to infantry companies. Dedicated to delivering the best quality of work and the highest return to Event 360's clients, Jim is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is certified as a PMI Project Management Professional.

Jim earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas while serving full time in the USMC. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys running, exploring technology, gardening and cooking. He has participated in over 100 running events and triathlons, including three marathons and the 2004 Lake Placid Ironman.
